I've been diagnosed with Severe Mitral Regurgitation due to P2 leaflet prolapse with flail. No LV enlargement. My coronary arteries are essentially clean, so the valve is my only issue at this point. Although 69 years old, I am active and still working. Surgery is approved by insurance (WVU Hospital is out of network for me) but no date yet until I get a CT Scan
