Took a lot of money and persistence to figure out the severe tricuspid regurgitation as four Dr's basically missed diagnosing. Fortunately, I knew the slight liver enzyme elevations (ast, alt, ggt) were not normal and insisted followup be done which eventually resulted in a diagnosis. In reality, a previous abdomen ultrasound nailed the diagnosis but the Hepatologist I went to noted the results as "unrevealing" for some reason (cost me another 3 months). Nevertheless, I can see some resolution in the not too distant future. Have heard great things about Cleveland Clinic and Dr. Gillinov.
