Paul, thank you for the welcome! My surgery is still tentative, but since I'm considered "young" lol at 58 it will probably be open heart/metal valve/MAZE instead of TAVR/bioprosthetic. Looking forward to doing like you and getting in shape. All my best! Mark Hall
