Pat, then you were on the WRONG side. Hope you jumped across to the RIGHT side and were able to see some of it. I have very fond memories of Edinburgh from when I was there 40 years ago. I'm so glad you were able to take your trip.
Oh yah. I was in Scotland going to London. 5 days in Edinburh and 5 in London. Safely back in Seattle with a huge case of jet lag:).
I was 24, which was a good time in life to go traveling far afield and deal with jet lag. About the only place I'd actually get on a plane for now would be Iceland.
