What was the messed up part? If you're gonna post guts, you have to explain them! :-)

This shows a bicuspid aortic valve. Two of my leaflets are fused together in the lower left of the picture. This gave me the classic narrow slit for blood to flow through since the valve never opened properly, as 3 leaflets would have.
