Here I am, just 2 weeks and 4 days after surgery, and this is me as I hit 1 MILE on our walk today!

Well done Clint - I am exactly 4 months out my Aortic valve replacement & going strong. Your looking strong .

Good job! My surgery was exactly one week ago and I am too tired to do even 10 minutes walk. When did you start feeling like you can do it?

Starting with the last couple days in the Hospital, I was feeling really good. Yeah, I still got tired and worn out very easily, but I felt good. Once I got home and started sleeping better (about another week), then my endurance went up, too. If you're just a week... Read more.
