My goal for cardiac rehab was to get strong enough to paddleboard with my dog, Remy. Victory paddle is complete!

I was able to walk for my masters of nursing graduation. Boy was I surprised at how tired I got! I go back to work (the desk part of my job) next Thursday - I'm glad I'll be working from home, I might need a little nap at lunchtime!

Congratulations on the achievement. You will always remember the day, and the difficulties you endured in the process.

Thanks everyone! Tomorrow is the big day - back to work - just desk work for a while. I won't see patients for a couple more weeks - need to build up a little more strength/stamina for that. :)
