Hi Carol, it is so nice to see you. Thank you for your post. Hope you get to go home today and have an easy transition. I am 9 days Post-Op for mitral valve repair, and I'm at home resting peacefully.

Thanks so much for all your good wishes! I grabbed my make up bag last thing- only managed to get the lipstick on one day. However, got lots of comments! I highly recommend it to boost morale- lol!

Just a short update: it's now almost 14 months post OHS for AV replacement and 1 bypass. My only whines at this point are some numbness in my L leg where they took a vein (I think they nicked a nerve) and still some pain w TBE incision- but only... Read more.
