About Me
Found later in life that I was born with hole in the heart. "atrial septal defect (ASD)". Had open-heart surgery Valentine's Day 2014. Lucky to be alive and well. I'm now a cardiac rehab mentor at the same hospital I had my own OHS, helping heart patients with their recovery process.
