Well here I am at age 67 at the historical Horseshoe at the University of South Carolina, my alma mater.

Hey Bill, I just had my Mitral Valve repaired three months ago, it's not that bad at all and you'll feel so much better afterwards!

You are so right. Time to get it done. I'm 5 weeks out from mitral valve repair. They also did a left atrial appendage ligation to decrease future afib. It's a simple procedure they can do during surgery!

Yeah, Marianne, afib was never an issue over the years with the MVP until the colonoscopy, so I plan to inspect this carefully with my surgeon on the 10th. Hope you are well or at least better now.

Hello im 68 jus Had my MV. Repaired. Minimal invasion, 2and week after glad it's behind me went very well Dr. McGregor from Pgh he's 48 excellent, at this point in recovery I am still very tired I have apt. With him Monday.
