I am Canadian, so will have the surgery in my hometown. Kingston General Hospital, which is where my Mom had the same surgery 20 years ago. *We have an Ottawa Heart Hospital about 2 hours from here, but Mom was fine, recuperation was easy, and no infection, so did not... Read more.

I agree. there were several options and the one closest to me came highly recommended so I am going there

Thank you for your nice note. Yes we do have a lot in common. I still have this picture in my mind---as they are wheeling me into surgery, jumping off the cart and running out the door!!!!!!
