Diagnosed in 2023 with bicuspid aortic valve current condition is moderate/sever. Noticing a little more shortness of breath now so planning on getting the surgery done within the next year, provided things don't progress further or symptoms get worse. So, with that. It's time to start actively looking for a surgeon and a a hospital that will meet my needs. I'm close to the Mayo clinic and Allina Health in Minnesota, both very highly ranked cardiovascular hospitals.
