Randy, Checking in.... Awesome to hear you are in cardiac rehab! How is that going for you? Would you recommend it to the other patients in our community?

Yes I would. It's reassuring as you exercise to know your cardiac monitoring is stable. It's interesting to talk to other patients and hear their stories whether they are a valve, a bypass patient, or a recent stent. The other thing I wanted to share was that several weeks after... Read more.
