I also have Achalasia and it is so hard to tell when you have those spasms where they are from. What surgery did they do for your esophagus? I previously had a Nissan fundoplication but he said I might need another now. We are trying Botox injections. I am scheduled... Read more.

Hi Cameron, I had a Heller Myotomy with a partial fundoplication and a hiatal repair in Feb of 2020. Since then I can eat normally but now I have acid reflux so I take pantoprazole daily. Good luck with your mitral repair.
