My surgery date is: March 18, 2026
My trifecta valve is limiting my activities and giving my symptoms. A TAVR lifespan is average about 5 years and I don’t have room for TAVR in TAVR. SAVR in my best option by 2 surgeons. They expect my recovery to be about the same as 10 years ago.
If you’re
limited now in what you enjoy doing and a TAVR isn’t a good option then have a good evaluation of your general health I would think the first step.
