Mitral Valve Sisters Connect in Texas!

Seeing the support in our online community among heart valve disease patients is downright inspiring. In particular, I love when patients meet at our website and then connect in-person.
This time… Kathy Blank and Candy Wilson, who are both mitral valve patients of Dr. Robert Smith, connected in Texas.
So you know, Kathy had a successful mitral valve repair with Dr. Smith in 2017. Cathy is preparing for a mitral valve surgery with Dr. Smith on February 26.
Kathy’s support of Candy could not have come at a better time. In a recent post, Candy shared, “I’m afraid but endeavoring to stay positive and fully trust God with my life and the outcome of my surgery. I am grateful for the support of family, friends and for an amazing group like this one!”
