Hello All! It's been just over 3 weeks since my 09-Nov open heart surgery and I feel GREAT. I'm not 100% self-sufficient since my endurance and strength are not back to where it was pre-surgery, but I everyone that sees me comments how surprised they are to see me looking... Read more.

Great news. I am glad you feel great. Looks can be deceiving as your body still has hell of a lot healing to do. I am the same, people are complementing, but inside is whole another situation. Just take it easy...

Day 0: Preoperative testing done today. Then ate lunch outdoors with hubby in Central Park - loved the experience! Trying to stay calm and positive. Giving it all to God. Tomorrow morning is game day!

You are in the best place possible. I had Ross procedure there a year ago. Every single person I dealt with was amazing there. Prayers for a smooth recovery. Don't let the little hiccups along the way get you down though. You got this!!!
