Belinda says we are Heart Warriors! I like that! My grandson made a sword and my granddaughter a shield. My other two granddaughters, Bible verses to post. I think that makes me a heart warrior and I'm ready for battle!!

Thank you everyone! I'm home and except for being tired a lot, I feel great. There's still a ways to go...but so far so good. I see the doc tomorrow.

My Story... Seven years ago, I had no idea that I was sick. I was active, in good physical condition, and I had no symptoms when I was diagnosed with mild aortic stenosis caused by a bicuspid aortic valve. I'm now 71 and I'm still asymptomatic but my cardiologists, Dr.... Read more.

I report for duty Wednesday, May 3, at 5 AM. Surgery is scheduled for 7:00 or so. I'm ready! My question is ... "Will every be as nice to me after the surgery?". I have to milk this as long as I can! Life is good. Thanks for your prayers!

Peter, I wish you a great outcome with your surgery. Nurses and doctors treated me very well during my hospital stay. I hope you receive excellent care as well. My family was there for me every step of the way, but to be honest, they were more freaked out then... Read more.
