Need suggestions on the best way to remove the sticky marks on my chest from the EKG stickers? I tried rubbing alcohol but it wasn't helping much.. TIA!

These work very good. Or something like them. Gotta rub a bit, but they take it off.

Mary - If you don't have any break in your skin, usually nail polish remover with acetone will remove just about anything- and we, girls, usually have it on hand. 😊

Lemon oil from Doterra or another reputable essential oil company.

Goo gone. It even cleans the white letters on my tires.

Baby oil (mineral oil). After weeks of trying various methods to remove the residue after each cardiac rehab session, I asked my therapists. Baby oil is easy, safe, cheap. Everyone should be told on day one.

I used Doterra Essential oil! Worked like a charm!
