I am proud to say on 5/27 I will be 8 months post surgery and couldn't feel better! So glad my angels took care of me😇 in my opinion, my scar is hardly visible but i refuse to hide it as I consider it my badge of courage. For those... Read more.

I can proudly say that I am now 3 weeks post op and everything went as planned. We saw my surgeon for a post op visit on Thursday and he said I no longer needed to be on oxygen (living in the mile hi city - we are at Altitude... Read more.

Congratulations, Martha. Interesting about the oxygen. We used to live in Denver & I have sometimes wondered how that might affect things. Cardiac rehab was a big help for me & I hope the same for you!
great news! I really believe cardiac rehab is the key to getting back to yourself sooner than if you opt out of it. I had a 20-30 min drive and boy did I look forward to it! Getting out of the house own my own with purpose. It was great... Read more.

Getting ready for D day, just chillin with my furry kid. Lots to do before 9/27 surgery. All will go well, I said my prayers today and I am convinced things will go as planned

You will do very well! Prayers are the most important and a positive outlook. I think you got both covered. I'll be praying for you.
My D day is 10/29-I am pretty much doing the same...cleaning, getting my mail piles caught up and praying a lot.
That's the spirit, Martha! Everything is going to be just fine! Stay positive. You can do this!
