4 days after TAVI under the collarbone. Tired but happy. Can feel a big difference in my breathing already.

Everything went very well. Got home yesterday (Wed.) after surgery on Monday. Really tired and a bit sore.

I had to have some more tests and it wasn't until mid-December that I got put on the waiting list for surgery. Now I'm scheduled for Mon. Feb. 24/20 for a TAVR under the collarbone. Excited and scared. I have every confidence in the surgical team but naturally my brain... Read more.

I had a TAVR two years ago through my femoral artery. All I could say when it was over was, "I cannot believe it. That was the craziest thing." My surgeon said, "I know, right. Isn't it amazing." Prayers your way.
