I am loving it. Still going strong after the surgery. No restrictions as of now. I take only Aspirin and hope that is all I will need. Have been doing all my usual sports daily. Mountain Biking, Trail Running (half marathon the other day), Swimming, Surfing, etc. Working normal shifts at the Fire Department. My heart rate is never the same with this lifestyle. The reason I post all of this information is because I am a firm believer in not sitting around. I believe that if you keep moving, most of the problems will go away. Not all, but most. I can't help but to love life after going through all of this.

Its been a month now and I feel great. I have never had this good a BP in 10 year (average 124/78). Have been back to work now for 2 weeks and no issues (firefighter). Really amazed at how each day I seem to get stronger. Having a checkup on Tuesday to look for any regurgitation.

Its been 10 days Post Surgery. I can run. Did a 5k. I swim everyday. Mountain bike, now that my femoral sites are healed. My days are normal. Very active. Very. I have a great attitude but only because I know it helps but I am really satisfied with results. Hope it continues.
