I'm starting to constantly shake and sleep, appetite just about gone. Saw my dentist for a checkup and...my teeth are getting really bad. Decay is happening now. My RSD CRPS is truly taking over my body/life! Just feeling more lonely with each day 😞.

Sorry to hear you are not feeling well. I'm not familiar with RSD but have CRPS on my right leg and left foot, and acupuncture really helps me. Maybe it'll help with RSD, too.

I'm scheduled for ohs on 9/24 and my anxiety is growing immensely. What can I do to ease this down please??

Any excercise you can do will help. I did a lot of walking, yoga and listening to calming meditations. I did finally get some alprazolam (Xanax .25 mg) to help me sleep..

I found the Calm app very helpful for breathing and relaxation exercises. Also, if you are able, getting outside and getting some fresh air really helped me too.
