I am new to this group and nervous about my valve repair surgery this Thursday. I have all confidence in my team. Thought I had about 10 more years until I needed it repaired because I had no symptoms and was otherwise healthy. Was hospitalized in January with an infection that they think was endocarditis. Now that is clear and I am going to have surgery.
