John. That picture warms my heart as it is also warming your heart I had the same aneurysm and the valve replacement however I had a tissue valve as I decided at my age. your loving kids and family will be 75% of your recovery looks like you're doing pretty... Read more.

Hi Bob, thank you! Best of luck to you in your recovery. Just read your post. I had those same dreams and sweating. It stopped for me when the pain meds stopped.

Surgery goes by quick ... It will be a thing of your past. Best thing, is you look thin and healthy. I was only in for 3 days. I'm 53 and 115 pounds. I will be one year on March 3.

I'm sure your wife if very happy. I was so swolen after surgery .... My husband didn't recognize me. i gained like 17 pounds of water weight.
