Send Bob a NoteAbout Me
I went in for a CT of my chest as a screening for lung problems since I have smoked for 40 years. The lungs were fine, but they found the aneurysm at the base of my aorta and a leaking valve that was diagnosed by an electro cardio gram, and heart cath - where they found two blocked arteries. I was told that this has developed over time, but I was a walking time bomb and needed to get this surgery done soon - right after the holidays. I am anxious, researching, and know that God is sovereign, and I am leaning on His everlasting arms, and my surgeon's hands. I am so inspired by the stories posted here, and my prayers are on the way for all of you. I needed this wake up call, and know the recovery will be rough. I am humbled by what is about to happen. To God be the Glory.
