Question for everyone, I don't remember my previous scars hurting as much as this one. I am almost 4 months post op and it still hurts bad when things rub up against the top part. Which seems to be a keloid scar. Does this go away? Will it hurt forever?

It also is very sensitive and sometimes very itchy around that area.

You may want to see a dermatologist. There may be something they can do to treat your symptoms. Best of luck.

I would check with a dermatologist. Mine was bumpy and itchy for about 6 months. 5 years alter, my tube scars still get irritated form time to time.

Yes it's louder at times and positions. My wife and kids don't mention it. It's a topic I have made forbidden.

I'm leaning more towards mechanical because of my age....I love quiet tho...ugh

My heart felt like it was beating super duper hard for several months. Was especially distracting when I'd try to go to sleep. Felt like it rocked my whole chest. Yours will calm down in time. :)

Oh thank you guys. It is good to know that is normal. Lol. Yes the palpitations are legitimately my heart. Lol but I do get muscle spasms and chest pains that are all muscular. I almost always cab tell the difference, because I grew up my whole life with these... Read more.
