Most current photo at Bristol Total Fitness in Rhode Island where I do my Cross Fit Aerobic workout Five five days a week. Almost now 8 Months since my aortic valve replacement surgery and the removal of my aortic aneurysm on July 20 2022. I feel great

Looking Good! I just found out I have valve disease, and I have been struggling through workouts, hopeful that my treatment team gets me an outcome like yours!
