Very happy to celebrate tomorrow my 1 year anniversary for my aortic valve and ascending aorta replacement.
The first 3 months were difficult, but now I'm back to swim, run and all the exercises I was doing before the surgery! There's is no day I don't think about the surgery... Read more.
