I imagine you know the verse Phil. 4:8. I would encourage you to print it out and read it 3 times a day for a month..... and then keep going to look at it every day for a year. ~ hang it where you will see it most. Keep on, keeping on! My pastor spoke a message on this years back and challenged us to do this because it will change your life...........he was right. I accepted this challenge and I am forever changed.... renewed ~

Gary I want to piggyback on Tina's post...we have all gone through the ups and downs of having had heart surgery, repairs, bypasses and as a believer there is only hope & praise. I have not had any depression, but a great deal of frustration because other things that seemed to be under control prior to surgery have gone awry. So, I am going to post a Scripture that has been helping me --> "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. (†Jeremiah‬ †29‬:†13‬ NIV)" it has helped me very much in waiting on the Lord! I wish the same for you and Onward & Upward!

LIstening to Christian music really helps me get my mind in the right place. My favorite radio station is K-love. If you can't find it locally, it it on the web. I haven't been able to listen much lately, but today I had the house to myself and it's been on all day, and finding myself singing along has brought joy! I am sorry you have struggled, please don't think these suggestions in any way diminish what you have been through. We all care, and hope something that has helped us will help you. God bless you

If yes, please go to The Chapel of the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help which is a Marian shrine, located within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Green Bay and ask what you want for Our Blessed Lady of Good Help.
