I ran/jogged a 10 K in June. I felt great. It took me 52 minutes but I DID IT!! Life is great!!

Life is Great. I'm back to running, playing basketball with coworkers and Zero symptoms of dizzyness or fatigue. I had a hemoglobin issue that caused me to get dizzy, getting winded, and muscle fatigue. That has been fixed and I feel great.

Bob, Glad to hear your back to work. 4.1 hemoglobin that is insane. I was at a 5.5 this summer and wondering why I wasn't getting better. They fixed it and Life is great.

Steve, like you, I dont always check my journal on a regular basis. Congrats on the 10 K. I wouldnt worry about times. we dont run anymore we jog!!
