About Me

Six week check up with the wonderful Dr. Craig Smith yesterday. He said I am doing great, sternum great, everything sounds good. He said I am at 50% which means I should feel great in another six weeks, although I feel great now. Still nap a lot. Start cardiac rehab tomorrow and have my evaluation. My daughter drove me up to NYC and so many people filling out their first time patient information, felt great that I am on the other side now! And no traffic getting there so was an hour early and they took me right away. A good day all together. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Smith, my surgery went well as well as my recuperation. As Adam says, find a doctor that does whatever procedure you need all the time as well as the hospital. Almost forget to log in here but I remembered that Mike R is going to Mayo on April 4 which is tomorrow so wanted to wish him luck.
