Send LA a NoteAbout Me
Hello everyone! My name is Lizbeth-Anne and I am having open heart surgery on August 2 at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.
I have 3 congenital coronary fistulae, rather rare, that need to be removed and a repair so that blood can flow normally.
I have a mitral valve prolapse that I hope can be repaired, not replacement.
I hope these repairs will drastically reduce my PVC's, arrhythmia.
I've asked for the rigid plate closure method as my research shows it looks like a good option rather than the standard method.
Has anyone had any experience with the "Heart Hugger" or "Posthorax vest"?
If anyone can give me any feedback on any of this I would appreciate it. Thank-you and I hope you're doing well.
Sincerely,
Lizbeth
