About Me

I am 54 years old, and I am generally in good health, except that I have severe aortic stenosis due to a calcified bicuspid aortic valve, and a 4.6cm aortic aneurysm. UPDATE: I chose to have a bio valve, which will probably require a TAVR replacement in 12-15 years, or more, if all goes well. Thanks to everyone who wrote to offer advice, and hard-earned wisdom from their personal experiences!
