)! My wife & I joined a Fit Body Bootcamp with some friends last summer and "enjoy" doing that 3 times a week. My cardiologist also is very happy with that and all the progress I've made and has now pushed me back to just annual visits. Oh and I became a grandpa

paused to reflect and give thanks for your surgery 3 years ago. I remember you well, Michael, because I had my surgery a little more than a week before yours and we were exchanging "notes" online about whether we could drink wine, etc. So cheers!
