It's my one year anniversary for valve and aorta replacement!! I feel terrific and just got home yesterday from a two week RV trip through my home state, Texas, with my wonderful husband! We felt like we were at summer camp. Lots of fun and an considering

My niece, Dawn, and I after we finished a half marathon this past weekend! It's my 8 month anniversary today from OHS; it's been a long road but I'm so grateful to be healthy and able to accomplish the training and the race. Sending good wishes and suppor
