I *finally* reached my walking goal. 10,000 steps/5 miles. 1 month and 4 days post-op. (Aortic valve replacement- pacemaker insertion). Feeling proud!

A beautiful day relaxing by the pool. Can't go in but the spirometer works just fine here ;) and the sun and breeze are incredibly restorative.
