Richard Goldstein Hi Joy. I’m 68 and I’ve been going to yoga classes at least 3 times a week for that past 3 years. I do mostly gentle yoga, restorative, etc., nothing too extreme. My question is, since you teach yoga, how long before I can return to the mat and what restrictions should I place on my practice? I miss my Yoga Village.

Joy’s getting better today. Blood pressure is 133/55 instead of yesterday’s 90/35. But today her hands are kind of puffy
