Hi Joy! I had OHS the same day you did, what a coincidence! I live in Scottsdale, AZ. I had 3 valves worked on so I am still trudging along in Cardiac rehab. I am doing fairly well. You look great. I am amazed you are back to teaching yoga... Read more.
