Picture taken 17 weeks Post Op - trying to keep salt water out of my eyes while boogie boarding the pacific ocean in Nicaragua. You folks waiting for your surgical dates - don't forget that you are going to feel SO much better when you get to the other

Thanks John I am so looking forward to that post op feeling. My goal is a vacation some place tropical in October.

Well done John. I am flying to Italy and Spain in June. Had my surgery a month ago and starting to feel very well. Think I might get there!

looking great and sounds like you're doing well. By surgical chest tubes do you mean the pacing wires as I found those to be very painful when they were removed.

Those neck pillows really came in handy for me too - Once I was home I still had a hard time filling the gap between my neck and the recliner and I had my husband look all over for our airline pillows - what a difference that made it help... Read more.
