That's great to hear that you're well enough to begin training like you are. I still haven't started my Cardiac Rehab as the last surgery on Dec. 26th to stop the lymphatic fluid in my right leg has left me with leg still to sore and painful to work out... Read more.

I'm glad to see another cyclist recovering well from OHS. I had hip surgery a few weeks ago and come off crutches soon, so for now the recumbent bike at physical therapy is all the cycling I'm doing. But there is a lot of cool weather cycling to pack in... Read more.
