I love every part of this picture: The peacefulness, the hot beverage, the sky and the landscape. Nature makes great furniture to rest on too. This one's a keeper for sure.

Today is six months after open mitral valve repair. That's me approaching the summit of Mt St Helens a few days ago. So great to be whole and alive again.

You are so right and you look great. Handsome fellow beside you, know you are enjoying this great day. My MV surgery is coming up, 6/14.
