5 weeks post op and walked a 5k with an 18 min mile today! Feeling great! Soon will be back to my 12 min/mile walk.....now I can't wait to start driving next week again!

This is quite awesome, Beth. 12 minutes a mile walking is getting it done. I did what I thought was a fast walk with some short jogs thrown in and could only manage a 14 minute pace for a 5K. I'm 3 1/2 months post op and I am trying... Read more.

I am anxious but very happy at the same time to leave this behind just as you are very glad that you are so good and that these indicators are so good. By the way who was your cardiologist at the check up now that Majdalani left CC?

Beth ! My surgery was last Jan 10th, I feel great and I am very very happy, everything was smooth as silk, I am returning to CC next Feb 14 for my post surgery check up, I agree with you that The surgeons skill, nursing care and the heart centers... Read more.

Paola yes I take baby aspirin and 12.5 mg metoprolol twice a day. I go back March 6th to my cardiologist and echo at CC. So glad to hear you are doing well! That is awesome! We were both in good hands!
