Well summarized Sandy. It is the same with training and physical activity for and food. Keep it consistent. That said I am still on a fairly high dose even if I do not eat that much green stuff. However they saw what they think is a connection to my training... Read more.

I can confirm you will be able to live a normal life. I just came home from the gym, will make a Salcissa pasta for the family. I train, I ski, play tennis/padel and travel…much better shape now than before surgery. Like beer and wine but keep it very moderate... Read more.
