Hey Heart Sis! So good to hear from you and I thank you for your good thoughts. I posted a picture of my scar on the 6th.....which was overly big - sorry ya'll........I've been lurking on the site here and there. Still doing physical rehab but I get stronger every day. So very good to have a strong heart! Hope you are doing well.

Robin- Terrie here from Calif. How are things in Arizona my friend? The thermometer is climbing outside on the wall and Hunter just went out to climb into his little plastic swimming pool. Kat is circling the pool in anticipation of the water that will find its way off of Hunter's long spaniel hanging ears from him drinking the water and letting his ears drag along as he walks in a tiny circle stopping to shake his head.....sending the spray of water out and over the pool at Kat who scampers away every time to the nearby Chinese shrub to hide until she sees Hunter retreat back into the house where they will continue eating together! I read your post to me and was greatly moved. I feel your Joy as always as you are just one of those people you meet in life that you just know are filled with a full to the brim cup of "goodness" and light. You always lift my spirits with what you write to me and others of the community. Thank you for your comments and I hope your day to day is full of everything life has to offer. Robin- I know this isn't how you expected to spend your second anniversary of your heart surgery! but want you to know that the call is out for all Prayers heading towards you that you are comfortable while at the hospital getting helped and hopefully closer to getting things turned around and home soon! Hang in there my friend as you are one of the strongest of our group here! Hope to hear good news soon. Hello Robin. Just made a comment to a post you wrote to me. Wondered how you are doing. Do you ever make it out of Arizona and into Calif.? I think you are one of the closest people in our community to me here in Calif. I have a lot of dreams of one day meeting up with quite a few of the people I have gotten to know through our shared journeys! I hope this finds you well and your wound healing. Hello Robin. Terrie here from Calif. Just checking in as I was thinking about you and wondering how things are going for you as we enter into Autumn already! Hope all is well. Recovery is going as expected(slower of course than anyone likes) but I am thankful it is behind me and looking forward to the Holiday months and cooler weather and also that the rain that might pass through tomorrow actually does so that it can help with the wildfires here in Calif. Robin, I am so happy to hear that the wound vac is working. You certainly have a great, positive attitude and are committed to a full recovery. I am wishing for the very best for you in the coming days.

Hi Robin, Have any of your doctors recommended going to a hyperbaric chamber to heal your wound? It floods your body with oxygen and helps healing tremendously. I have a friend who is paralyzed who had a deep gash on his ankle for almost two years.....just wouldn\'t heal due to lack of circulation. They were talking about amputation, but as a last resort they gave him a few hyperbaric chamber treatments and the thing healed up in a month. Might be worth asking about. After seeing what it did for him, I often wonder why they don\'t put everyone in one of those after surgery! Good luck!
