Hi Meghan!  I have been thinking about you and saw you reply to someone else’s message.  I am so glad to hear that you are home and recovering. My surgery with Dr Bolling was 18-weeks ago today and you are coming up on your 2-week Thursday.  I am here to encourage you and let you know that hopefully every day, week, and month things will continue to improve as you focus on recovery.  I am not sure when I will stop thinking of every Tuesday as a “milestone” — similar to not recalling when we stopped telling people how many weeks our baby was old.  Every day that passes, I think we will both think less and less about the experience and more and more on a new and appreciated normal.  Keep up the good work and continued good health!

Hi Meghan, I’m from Rochester Hills Michigan and am scheduled for Mitral Valve Repair at Cleveland Clinic on April 10 th. You’re in great hands at Michigan.  Sending you positive thoughts and hoping your recovery will be as good as the first time😊
