Hi Matt. I'm going in to Gold Coast Hospital to meet with my surgeon this coming Tuesday. Have to have an Aortic Valve replacement. Whereabouts in Aussie are you? You look great BTW. Hope I look as chipper two days afterwards!!!!

Hey David, I'm 19 weeks now and back on my bike and restarted karate last week. Feeling really good. Lots of work to do to get my strength back and fitness but I'm loving hanging out with my mates again. How are you travelling? M@
