John: Had OHS March 1 for same mitral valve issue. I'm 6 weeks post surgery and feeling pretty good. Hope to be back running shortly and competing in a 10K race on July 4 in our little town. Also had A Fib in the hospital, but controlled it with meds.

John - Just a few more days and your surgery is in the rearview mirror! Do what you can to relax until game day. The whole thing is over before you know it! You're going to do just great!! ❤
