Chad I have a St Jude regent valve and target valve 2,4 +/-0,4 but from what i have read the On-X should hav an even lower target value —> less blood thinner.

Take care and you will be alright! I had my worn out bicuspid aortic valve replaced 2 year ago and feel like a young person again
