Mechanical valve question. I received mine 6 months ago and have this strange pulling or rocking sensation ever since. In the beginning I felt a pull to the left when I would stand and my body wanted to go left rather than straight. That has lessened but I still have... Read more.

Could be due to the wire usually used to close the sternum - this wire is located just under the skin and does feel a bit strange for awhile and pulls. You get used to it (it's permanent). Good luck
